Want to use technology to transform how you do business? We’d love to help you.
We start by assessing where the business is right now. We ask – why do you want to change? Then we help you define where you want the business to be.
It’s not rocket science but we can learn from NASA! You won’t have the same budget but you can copy their ‘out of this world’ process
Step One: Understand What Your Rocket Needs to Do
To do this, we run a workflow assessment workshop with your team and your Xero Partner – this may be your current accountant or bookkeeper or an external Xero Certified Advisor.
We take a deep dive into your workflows and processes. We capture current and likely future requirements for a system that integrates with Xero. We also explore what successful change management looks like for your team.
The Foxability Approach
We take a consistent approach to help you change without costing you too much time or money.
We start by assessing where your business is right now in terms of your processes and systems. What isn’t working or could be better? We’ll explore what successful change management looks like for you and identify areas where we can help you.
Once we’ve identified where you’re at, we’ll define where you want to be. We’ll run a 90 minute workflow assessment workshop with your team to discuss current and future requirements for your systems, and define the top things that will make the biggest difference to the business.
It’s time to put the plan in place. We’ll summarise our findings in a plan and give our recommendation for the next steps necessary to achieve your goals. We’ll introduce you to app partners and cloud integrators who can do the “heavy lifting”, as well as agree and define an implementation plan for your business.
You’re on the path to a better way of working, and change is becoming a fundamental part of your culture. We’ll help you move to your new digital workflows, and identify plans to help you evaluate and review how the new processes are working. We’ll also hold a review session with you once everything is implemented to see how it’s all working.
It all starts with an initial assessment – and a frank conversation about the pain points your business is encountering and what I can do to help you.
